Please specify an ACCENT color to go on your cake. Please note that a cake frosted with chocolate, lemon, or berry buttercream will be naturally colored so please plan accordingly. This is not a custom order form, there is not further customization past an accent color used in the baker's choice design. If you do not want an accent color, please provide that in your answer.

Pickup Acknowledgement

All Last Minute Cakes are PICKUP ONLY. Pickup is in St Helens, Oregon Upon Form Submission you will receive an emailed invoice with pickup location, and will be due 24 hours before pickup, or we cannot guarantee your order will be ready.
